I hold these sessions regularly at Temple to provide people with a safe space to gather and meditate. We at Temple have opened our doors to these events in response to the growing need for meditation, spiritual centering, and healing. All are welcome, as these gatherings are open to all styles of meditation. These meditations are held free of charge.
