I hold these sessions regularly at The Ghedee Centre to provide people with a safe space to gather and meditate. We at The Ghedee Centre have opened our doors to these events in response to the growing need for meditation, spiritual centering, and healing. All are welcome, as these gatherings are open to all styles of meditation. These meditations are held free of charge.

NOTE: RSVP to the contact number starting a week before the event date.
To keep these sessions intimate, each mediation will be limited to 18 persons.
RESERVE YOUR SPACE - A quorum of at least 4 people will be necessary for meditation to take place. If I do not receive 4 RSVPS by the Friday before meditation, meditation will be canceled. Check the events calendar to make sure Meditation is still happening before heading to The Ghedee Centre if you have NOT received a confirmation from me..
