What is a Relationship?

Am I happy with my relationship with my parents?

Why does my relationship with my parents bring me so much pain?

How do I change my relationship with my parents?

Our entire experience is composed of creating and maintaining Relationships. We learn how to create and maintain Relationships from those around us in our very early years - our family and community. The most influential relationships are our relationships with our parents. These relationships serve as a foundation for how we create and maintain all other relationships. When we wish to change any relationship we will find that the dynamics of all our relationships have roots in the dynamics of our relationships with our parents. There are three basic dynamics that challenge all relationships, and govern how we create and maintain relationships. We will discuss these 3 basic dynamics, and specific myths and challenges of the Parent-Child Relationship.

Breakfast, snacks and drinks are served in this class discussion!
