What is a Relationship?
Am I happy with my Intimate/Personal relationships?
Why do my Intimate/Personal relationships cause me pain?
How do I create the relationship I want?
Our entire experience is composed of creating and maintaining Relationships. Our intimate and personal relationships bear the dynamics of all our other relationships, our work, career, parent, family etc. Learning to create friendships and intimate relationships begins with the examination of the dynamics, myths and challenges of existing relationships. This process ends with the exploration of the two most important relationships in any experience...the Parent-Child Relationship and The Relationship with Self. There are three basic dynamics that challenge all relationships, and govern how we create and maintain relationships. We will discuss the 3 basic dynamics, and specific myths and challenges of the Intimate-Personal Relationship.
