What is a Relationship?

Am I happy with my Personal relationships?

Why do my Personal relationships cause me pain?

How do I create the relationship I want?

Our entire experience is composed of creating and maintaining Relationships. Our personal relationships bear the dynamics of all our other relationships, our work, career, parent, family etc. Learning to create friendships and personal relationships begins with the examination of the dynamics, myths and challenges of existing relationships. This process ends with the exploration of the two most important relationships in any experience...the Parent-Child Relationship and The Relationship with Self. There are three basic dynamics that challenge all relationships, and govern how we create and maintain relationships. We will discuss the 3 basic dynamics, and specific myths and challenges of the Intimate-Personal Relationship.

Breakfast, snacks and drinks are served in this class discussion!
