What is a Relationship?
Do I love me?
Do I even like me?
Do I create the life I want or does life just happen to me?
How do I create a better relationship with "ME"?
Our entire experience is composed of creating and maintaining Relationships. The foundation of all relationships is our Relationship with ourselves. The dynamics of this relationship are formed in our early years based on our experience of our parents. The dynamics of all our relationships have roots in the dynamics of our relationships with our parents and our relationship with ourselves. When we wish to change any relationship we will find that there are three basic dynamics that challenge all relationships, and govern how we create and maintain them. These dynamics begin and end with our relationship with ourselves. We will discuss these 3 basic dynamics, and specific myths and challenges of the Relationship with Self.
