Everything must change in this place. If we do not create experiences that bring us to remembrance we propel ourselves towards death (death of the mind, body, personality and will).....Though fixed space seems like a place of stagnation and stillness, simultaneously the erosion of mind, brain, body, personality, and will...... take place. Death is separation from TRUTH and TRUTH is SELF. Thus the saying "WE CHANGE OR DIE"....either way...we change! In this state of "Resistance to Truth" we seem to have recurring experiences with increasing intensity, and the stories around our experiences become more extreme and elaborate. This is an obvious indication that we have chosen not to change (our beliefs, judgments, or our choices), but allow the dissolution and decay of the mind, body, personality and will. We would not choose to hold a speeding car in place with our bare hands and not expect "adverse events". Our experience in this place is directly related to our "experiential structure" ie...beliefs, judgments, choices and blocks. When we deny our true nature (that which self has come to experience) we propel ourselves into dissolution.....WE Die.
Truth is all there is, truth in experience and experience in truth. When we let the lies of our beliefs take hold of our being, our reality becomes that of the belief and we find ourselves in story after story reinforcing the fallacies of our beliefs. Our choices and our entire being becomes consumed by these beliefs and their root-fear. This compounds the pain, anger, anxiety, fear and suffering of our life (our experience). Change comes with the removal of our root beliefs and the judgments that support them. The "truth" of the lies we hold "frees" us from the pain of our life, because in truth there is only peace. Peace is where acquiescence and aggression meet; the state of being in Truth with all there is; the state of being where Sadness and Happiness meet. From this space of peace, we can choose to move to either sadness or happiness (without judgment) and back to peace. We will always return to the state from which we emerge. Sometimes we cling to acquiescence to give the illusion of peace; but our pain remains, and we find inventive ways to numb our souls to our life. After Change comes choice from truth, not choice from belief. After change comes Peace.
