Beliefs and Pain
What is it in and of itself ? What are its building blocks?
Beliefs are concepts we hold about ourselves and that are projected onto the world around us. These beliefs serve as an anchor for the collection of emotions, sensations, thoughts and actions that forms each stress / blockage.
These Beliefs account for 90% of our Emotional, Mental, and Physical pain.
Each of these beliefs is the nucleus for a corresponding stress/blockage and as such, serves as a continuous source of emotional, mental, and physical distress / pain.
As the intensity of each stress / blockage increases, pressure builds on the corresponding location in the physical body resulting in the interruption and eventual malfunctioning in that specific location. This creates both physical discomfort and pain as well as emotional and mental distress; in addition to eventually causing physical damage in the same location.
